1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 33winn as the platform operator. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

33winn accepts deposits via a range of valid payment methods including DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks), online bank transfers, and supported digital payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance with no additional charges on our end.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal is processed.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

33winn reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any term in this document, or has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required security and compliance checks have been completed.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 33winn reserves the right to withhold any balance or winnings associated with activities that breach these terms while an investigation is carried out.

8 Responsible Gaming

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through the internal complaints process 33winn first before being referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body.
